This router does not exist; or rather, it doesn't exist yet.

It is very easy to find software that "cracks" wifi passwords and very little work would be needed to create a piece of software capable of connecting to nearby wifi networks, and to doanload any kind of content while your neighbor gets caught. Network devices with embedded Bittorrent capabilities have already been around for a long while. How much time until a device such as the "butterfly router" starts being sold illegally, and maybe even in large stores, pretending to be some security-related geek product?
